Mitt Romney releases Obama-bashing "Welcome to Florida" web ad (what's Rick Scott think?)

Just in time for President Obama's visit to Florida, Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney's campaign has released a web ad called "Welcome to Florida" that plays up the down in economy in the Sunshine State.

The bleak assessment of Florida's economy, though, contrasts with the sunny statements of Republican Gov. Rick Scott and the Republican-led Legislature, which has touted signs of improvement. But Scott's not on the ballot. Obama is. And for millions, things are still tough. Many are out of work. Many are losing or have lost their homes to foreclosure.
